What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

What do you get when you cross a Harvard MBA with a Yoga and Nutrition Instructor? Quite a bit of yin-yang!

After almost dying from a stress-induced ulcerated digestive system at the age of 27, I realized that my Type-A workaholic tendencies might be good for the bottom-line, but not for my spirit or health. The process of rebuilding myself – mind, body and spirit – led me to my calling.

When I decided to leave my lucrative 10-year media career to become a social entrepreneur, most people thought I had lost my mind. Instead, I found my Self. That near-death experience was one of the best things that could have happened to me. It showed me how blessed I’ve truly been (I grew up around the world with incredible parents and a first-class education). It gave me to responsibility to share my gifts with others.

Now, through Power Living (my core business) and Ta Life (the non-profit I founded), my mission is to inspire people to live their divine destinies, and help people from all walks of life, live better lives. I want God’s fingerprints to be smeared all over me. I want to be the master ragpicker (of souls)!
